Talavera Pottery
If you want the real handmade Talavera, you should make the trip to Necri Boutique in San Jose del Cabo. Otherwise, you might have to settle for the ceramic imitations (although still pretty) sold by Mexican Pottery on Madero (near Cabo Wabo Cantina).
Hand-Blown Glass
All the cute margarita glasses you'll see throughout Cabo most likely were made at The Glass Factory, just up the road. It's best to go in the morning to the get best selection, or to stop by on a City and Shopping Tour.
Tin-Talavera Mirrors
In Casa Maria, a little shop on Lázaro Cárdenas in the marina, we found the most lovely selection of tin mirrors made by Guanajuato craftsmen. Those incorporating Talavera tiles are simply gorgeous.
Textiles and Treasure Hunts
For serious treasure hunting, we suggest trying Marina Mercado and the neighboring Arts & Crafts Market. You'll easily find nice blankets and textiles, but should expect to wade through a lot of dross to find genuine, unique arts and crafts. Buyer beware.
Tequilas
Some specialty tequilas have the prettiest liquor bottles you'll find behind any bar, and the selection in Cabo is phenom. The Tequila House allegedly has the largest variety, though the store is rather fugly itself. Here's a good list of Cabo's tequila stores.
